One habit makes the window disappear
Download the result before you start the next thing. That is the whole method.
The window only becomes a problem when conversion and download are separated by something else: a meeting, a commute, a different task. Treat them as one action and sixty minutes is an hour you never notice.
For larger jobs
A task takes up to fifty files. Converting fifty and downloading them one at a time is where the hour gets tight. Convert in groups you can collect in one go.
Keep the originals
Obvious and regularly ignored. The converted file expires; the document you started with does not. As long as you still have it, nothing is ever actually lost.
Room per task
- Takes files up to 100 MB and up to 50 files in one task
